I’ve spent quite a few years working in a variety of startups, small companies and publicly-traded companies and they all have one pain that is rarely addressed well: their websites. Whether it is their corporate website (B2B) or websites they use to connect with consumers (B2C) there are a few things they just don’t get right. First, they spend way too much time trying to come up with the perfect site – but there is no such thing. Second, they spend way too much money. Finally, they don’t keep their users in mind – they create the sites based on their likes and dislikes and biases.
Later in my career I learned how to approach building websites in a very efficient and effective way. I have left the corporate world and I’m now offering my experience to others in a unique way.
